New Swing Shoes!!

Okay so I got a new pair of swing shoes for Valentine's Day/Tax Refund. Our tax refund was only $140 this year because supposedly I make too much money (HA!) so I decided I wanted to spend it on something fun...instead of bills! So here are my swing shoes...yes it seems that they are nothing special but they really are...trust me!! They are Aris Allen one of the best swing shoes around. Aris Allen shoes are worn and preferred by professionals and seen on Dancing with the Stars...which is so important, right?!

My Valentine!

Mark and I had a WONDERFUL day yesterday. We love On The Border (it is good tex-mex) and so we went to Rogers, AR to eat some good food. It is about an hour and a half from Ft. Smith and we had a good long converstaion about absolutely nothing! If you know Mark you know that he LOVES to talk and especially about politics! I think that one of the gifts he gave me was to not talk about politics one bit. It was so nice...I am not sure if he realized that he didn't talk about it but I surely did and it was heaven. Me and politics don't get a long very well! After On The Border we went to an outdoor mall in Rogers that has...you know...the important stores like Nine West and Bakers Shoe Store! I didn't buy anything because swing shoes are more important to me at the moment, but it was fun to dream of all the shoes I would get if I was rich. After the mall we went to....COLDSTONE! I didn't get the cupcakes because they didn't sell them seperately so I did get Cake Batter ice cream which is my absolute favorite. If you haven't tried it you must!! Then we went home and had a night alone...watched a little of Reba season 5(mark got me this also). It was a rather enjoyable day! I just LOVE my husband. He is truly the best man ever!!

Coldstone Anyone?!

Okay so I LOVE Coldstone Creamery but unfortunately Fort Smith is lame and doesn't have one...the closest to me is in Fayetteville (which is 45 min. away)!! Anyways the point is I am a little obsessed with it because periodically I check their website for new creations. I checked it today and this is the new creation...

Don't you just want to dive into about 50 of these! Okay not 50 because that is way not good for the body! But seriously I am craving these like crazy that I might just have to take a trip to Fayetteville very soon...maybe Valentine's Day!!

Dance Video!

Okay so tonight I had a dance lesson and I told Marcus I wanted to videotape my skills so I can show off. I will do this more often not to show off but to see my mistakes and what I could do better. From these videos I learned that I need to fix my arm...it just bothered me the WHOLE time watching the videos. Secondly, I learned that I need to relax more when I know I am being video taped...I messed up too much because I was so nervous for who knows why! Finally, I learned to wear pants that fit. Most of my pants don't fit and that is annoying when you dance because you have to keep pulling them up or just let them fall! As you can tell at the end of every video I am pulling them up all goofus like! Marcus reminds me every time that I need to buy pants that fit...I agree!! Just a side note on the second video the music started skipping so we kinda did some improv...great huh?! I hope you enjoy and just realize that I am not a professional yet but I will be! I am kinda hesitant about showing these...oh well...here it is!

Fun Night Out

Well my co-workers went out again and it was a lot of fun. We went to a Mexican restaurant called La Hueratas (or however you spell it) and supposedly it is good but it is not! You know me though a hate restuarant mexican food it is just not like the real stuff. I believe the only reason people go there is to drink. It was funny though because everyone drank, except the mormons (well we drank water!), which happened to be mark, me, Geoff, and Steph (a.ka. Brother and Sister Gibson). It was also funny because we were in the middle of it all. We had people drinking to the left and to the right of us. Nevertheless it was good times. My co-workers are good people and fun to be around. I just love them all! The last night out we had Mark did not get to come but this time he came and I was glad to introduce him to all my lovely co-workers! Here is some pictures of the night...
